The consultation form collects your name, business name, email, selected services, and any phone number or goals you choose to provide. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
How information is used
Your details are used to review your inquiry and respond to your business goals. When you submit the ZuOps consultation form, an internal email notification is sent to the operator through a third-party email service so your inquiry receives attention. Submitting the form does not schedule an appointment, enroll you in SMS marketing, or subscribe you to marketing emails. No automated texting, marketing emails, or AI outreach are sent to people who inquire.
Where your request goes
The main consultation form on our contact page is hosted by ZuOps, our forms and customer-relationship platform. Details you enter there, including any phone number and selected services, are sent to and stored by ZuOps in LeadKitty's account so we can review and respond. ZuOps may also receive campaign tags (such as UTM parameters) present in the page address.
If that form cannot load, or you choose our backup form, your request is instead stored privately using our website's cloud hosting, with no public request-reading feature; access is restricted to authorized management tools, and backup inquiries are reviewed there rather than delivered into ZuOps or through the internal email notification. Each request goes to only the form you submit. Hosting and infrastructure providers process information necessary to operate the website. No security measure can guarantee absolute protection.
Technical data and external services
The hosting service processes technical request information to operate and protect the site. Fonts are delivered by Google Fonts, which receives the technical request information needed to serve them. The embedded consultation form is served by ZuOps, which may process technical data under its own policies. Hosting-platform visitor analytics are enabled. Technical and usage information is used to understand visits to this website. This website does not install its own advertising pixel.
Retention and privacy requests
Inactive consultation inquiries are retained for up to 12 months after your last interaction with us, unless a longer period is legally necessary. Deletion is handled through manual review; no automatic deletion schedule is configured. To request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry, email privacy@getleadkitty.com and include only what is necessary to identify the inquiry. Requests remain subject to applicable obligations and verification.
Children and changes
